Did you know –
Dr. Albert Szent-Györgyi and his colleague Walter Haworth synthesized what they called hexuronic acid—known as ascorbic acid today, or vitamin C. Interestingly, they named it ascorbic acid because ascorbic means “anti-scurvy?”
Powerful carbohydrate molecule
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is a small and powerful carbohydrate molecule that is water-soluble. It is a naturally occurring organic compound with remarkable antioxidant properties found in both animals and plants.
However, in the human genome, a mutation at the coding region of a gene known as L-gulonolactone oxidase (GULO) renders this pathway dysfunctional. As a result, humans are unable to synthesize vitamin C on their own. Therefore, necessary for human survival, we have to consume vitamin C through nutrients or Vitamin form.
A potent and vital antioxidant
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is a potent and vital antioxidant that defends the body’s cells against reactive oxygen species generated by our immune cells. They help to destroy pathogens and has been shown to stimulate white blood cells (leukocytes) production and function.
These five types of white blood cells are Monocytes, Lymphocytes, Neutrophils which attack foreign bacteria and viruses. They appear to be the primary cell type stimulated by vitamin C), Basophils, and Eosinophil.

Organic Raw Unfiltered Honey –
Honey is composed of a unique blend of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, antioxidants, phytonutrients, and other healthy components. The beneficial parts of raw honey are bee pollen and propolis.
Honey is also a prebiotic food that helps the good bacteria in your gut thrive. Honey also provides many antioxidants, and supports overall immune health.
Bee pollen comprises 250 active components, including a wide variety of antioxidants. Bees make propolis with the organic compounds they collect. Propolis is extremely rich in phenolic compounds, including 12 different flavonoids, vitamins such as Vitamin B6, niacin, thiamine, riboflavin, and pantothenic acid. Minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc.
Raw honey is also alkaline-forming instead of acid-forming, signifying that it helps your body maintain a neutral, alkaline balance.

Pink Himalayan salt is perceived as the most beneficial and cleanest salt available on our planet today. This salt is noted as rock salt or halite, which comes from Pakistan’s Punjab region. It is about 190 miles from the Himalayas in mines 5,000 feet deep below the Himalayan Mountain Range. The salt from these mines has undergone tremendous pressure, is over 99 percent pure, and can be pink, white, or red.
Pink Himalayan salt has numerous nutritional and therapeutic properties. It carries over 84 minerals and trace elements, including calcium, magnesium, potassium, copper, and iron.
Pink Himalayan salt benefits –
Pink Himalayan sea salt benefits include aiding digestion, balancing pH levels, improving respiratory problems, purifying the air. As well as produces better sleep. In addition, the Lung Institute has regarded salt as an antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, loosens excessive mucus, expedites mucus clearance, eliminates pathogens in the air like pollen, and decreases IgE level (immune system oversensitivity). In general, salt is essential for maintaining the healthy functioning of the body’s cells, nerve conduction, digestion, absorption of nutrients, and eliminating waste products.

Himalayan sea salt Vs. Table salt
Himalayan sea salt is roughly 87 percent sodium chloride. Compared to many heavily processed commercial table salts. Table salts are typically 97.5 percent to 99.9 percent sodium chloride and undergo a bleaching process that eliminates minerals. They also contain aluminum derivatives and other terrible ingredients highly toxic to human health and should be avoided. Sadly, table salt makes the list of iodine sources because it has added iodine. If you purchase Himalayan pink salt ensure it’s harvested from Pakistan, the only authentic source of natural Himalayan salt.
