- 1 1/3 Cups - Yacón syrup / Organic
- 2 Cups - Filtered Water
- 1 - Vanilla Bean / Organic
- 1/4 Cup - Hot Espresso
- 1 1/4 Cup - Whole Milk / Organic
Organic Vanilla Latte + Yacón syrup -
To Make The Vanilla Syrup -
In a small saucepan, combine water, vanilla seeds and pod, whisking occasionally on med/low heat until the seeds are dispersed. Next, whisk in 1 1/3 cups of Yacón syrup really well and set aside.
(This makes 2 Cups Of Syrup)
Combining The Vanilla Syrup -
Add together 2 Tbs of the vanilla syrup and the hot espresso in a mug and stir well.
Using an espresso machine, heat and froth the milk with the steam wand.
Pour the hot milk into the coffee mixture and stir until mixed evenly.
Without An Espresso Machine -
In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot trying to avoid scalding.
Mix well 2/3 cup of drip coffee with 1/3 cup of warm milk.
