How do I make anti-inflammatory organic ginger tea?
First, select four thumb-sized pieces of ginger rhizome. Next, using a juicer, process the ginger and capture the juice. If you do not have a juicer, you can grate finely and infuse in freshly boiled water for 2-4 hours covered.
